Abstract: 

IN THE EMERGING ELECTRIC POWER MARKET, THE CONGESTION MANAGEMENT BECOMES VERY ESSENTIAL AND IT CAN IMPOSE A BARRIER TO THE ELECTRICITY TRADING. THIS PAPER PROPOSES AN OPTIMAL CONGESTION MANAGEMENT COME UP TO IN A DEREGULATED ELECTRICITY MARKET USING THE Social Spider OPTIMIZATION (SSO) Algorithm. CONGESTION IN A POWER SYSTEM IS TURNED UP DUE TO TRANSMISSION LINES LIMITS. SSO IS USED TO DETERMINE THE MINIMUM REDISPATCH COST. TEST RESULTS ON IEEE 24-BUS AND 118-BUS SYSTEMS INDICATE THAT THE SSO APPROACH COULD PROVIDE A LOWER RESCHEDULING COST SOLUTION COMPARED TO GA AND EP.

Abstract: 

medical intelligence detection systems have been changed and also faced with some challenges. Breast cancer diagnosis and classification is one of these medical intelligence system. Early detection can increases the options for curative treatment. There are a variety of screening techniques available to detect breast cancer such as mammography, magnetic resonance imaging and ultrasound. These images have been presented for a variety of applications and different processing techniques to date based on the type of cancer diagnosis. This research used MIAS mammography image dataset and try to diagnose and classify benign, malignant and suspicious masses based on image processing and machine learning techniques. So, a new developed approach proposed which at first, apply pre-processing for noise reduction and image enhancement based on Quantum Inverse MFT, and then image segmentation with Social Spider Algorithm based on two features such as brightness and edges apply. Then two main parts of diagnosis and classification apply which based on ELM and MPM-ELM. Obtained results presented that proposed approach have better performance in comparison to others based on some evaluation criteria such as accuracy, sensitivity, specificity and also ROC and AUC.

Abstract: 

The production of electrical energy from renewable sources has become an efficient solution to deal with the lack of fossil fuels, and prevent the emission of greenhouse gases and global warming. Due to the existence of different loads in terms of feeding priority, consumers can help the microgrid control center in optimizing the use of the microgrid and supplying energy to critical loads by providing the amount of load that can be interrupted or moved at different prices. Consumer pricing can reduce operating costs, especially when market prices are high. At the same time, with this method, consumers can economize on unimportant loads. In this paper, the effect of consumer pricing on the use of microgrids is analyzed considering the types of consumers and load priorities. The demand response program is achieved with the objective function of maximizing Social welfare. on the other hand, the operation is principally concerned with flattening the load curve as much as possible. The flatter the load curve, the better the capacity installed in the network , and as a result, it postpones the development of generation and transmission. In this regard, an attempt is made to operate the microgrid in the presence of demand response, so that while increasing Social welfare, the load curve is flat at an acceptable level. With these goals, the problem is formulated as a multi-objective objective function based on nonlinear programming GAMS optimization software used to solve the problem, and ε constraint will be used for multi-objective optimization.

Abstract: 

This article investigates the detection of a crack measuring five centimeters in length and one millimeter in depth in a rectangular aluminum 6061 plate with a thickness of one millimeter, used in surface effect floats. Initially, the rectangular plate and crack were modeled and subjected to impact simulation using Abaqus software. Subsequently, strain data from various points on the structure were extracted from Abaqus, contaminated with noise, and then decomposed into their intrinsic modes using the Singular Spectrum Algorithm ((SSA)). The standard deviation of each mode was calculated to facilitate fault detection. The results demonstrate the high capability of this method to simultaneously identify multiple defects, particularly in the shell structure of surface effect floats.

Abstract: 

ناپایداری شیب به عنوان یکی از مسائل عمده پیش روی مهندسین عمران و معدن، هر روزه باعث خسارات سنگین مالی و اقتصادی به مناطق مسکونی و معدنی می شود. ایران با توپوگرافی عمدتا کوهستانی، فعالیت زمین ساختی و لرزه خیزی زیاد و شرایط متنوع زمین شناسی و اقلیمی، عمده شرایط طبیعی را برای ایجاد طیف وسیعی از شکست ها و ریزش ها داراست، اما تحقیقات پیرامون ناپایداری شیب در کشورمان کمرنگ بوده است. کم توجهی به این بخش، ضررهای هنگفتی را به راه ها، خطوط آهن، خطوط انتقال نیرو و ارتباطات، تاسیسات معدنی، سدها و جنگل ها وارد نموده است. از آن جایی که روابط مربوط به آنالیزهای پایداری بسیار پیچیده بوده و نیازمند وقت و دقت خاصی جهت انجام محاسبات می باشد، نرم افزاری برای تحلیل انواع ناپایداری ها، ریزش های سطحی و تعیین مشخصات نگهدارنده های لازم بر مبنای تئوری تعادل حدی طراحی شده است. این نرم افزار که S.S.A (Slope Stability Analysis) نام دارد، قادر به تشخیص مناطق دارای پتانسیل شکست، تحلیل شکست صفحه ای، تحلیل شکست دایره ای و طراحی مهارسنگی های لازم جهت نگهداری مناطق دارای پتانسیل شکست است.

Abstract: 

The ethical actions are important because of the priority of the mission goal and their close relationship with Social progress and development. Therefore, the purpose of this research is the identification and Social analysis of these types of actions among the verses of revelation and it deals with the effect of ethical actions in the production of Social capital in the process of progress based on religious teachings and answers these questions based on the Quranic teachings. What impact do ethical actions (behavior) have on the formation of Social progress? How do moral actions generate Social capital and influence progress (development)? What coordinates, examples and dimensions does this group of actions have? What are the effects and consequences of this group of actions? Those actions that are desirable and progressive in the development of Social interactions have been Socially studied, analyzed and searched by using the inductive content analysis method. Honesty, trustworthiness and fulfillment of an obligation, altruism (Arabic: إیثار, self-sacrifice), asking forgiveness or istighfār (Arabic: استغفار ʾistiġfār), and forgiving others, kindness, non-violence, chastity and purity, patience and honesty and benevolent actions combined with Social supervision have been discussed, which lead to sincerity, togetherness, coherence and expansion of Social interactions and emotional relationships far from hatred and warm and emotional relationships and as a result, it causes the production of Social capital and its improvement and will lead to the density of actions focused on purpose and excellence that are nece(SSA)ry for progress.
